Understanding Town Planning
Our team have considerable experience in town planning having worked extensively in local government and in the private sector. We have prepared local plans and supplementary planning guidance from survey and analysis through to adoption and implementation. 
We have prepared major planning applications for private clients we and considered applications on behalf of local planning authorities. 
We have prepared and given expert witness at planning inquiries into local plans, structure plans, planning applications and compulsory purchase orders. We have prepared evidence for Select Committee hearings.

Understanding Regeneration and Economic Development
We have built and led major regeneration partnerships and delivered wide ranging regeneration agendas in both urban and rural environments. This has ranged from running community workshops to direct lobbying of cabinet ministers. We are comfortable in both environments and skilled at  uniting different people to address a common cause.

Understanding Funding and Bidding
As individuals we have success in gaining funding from the Arts Council, Arts Lottery Fund, Countryside Commission, European Commission (Inter-reg and Leader plus) English Estates, English Heritage, English Partnerships, Heritage Lottery Fund, Home Office, Priority Sites, South East England Development Agency, Sports Council, Sports Lottery Fund. The total grant value is considerably in excess of £10 million.
We have also attracted private sector sponsorship to good causes.

Understanding different perspectives
Large or complicated projects are rarely delivered without the commitment of both public and private sector partners. We have extensive experience of working in public private sector partnerships and have sat on both sides of the fence.
